2. Booking and Reservations  

• Confirmation: All bookings of vehicles, corporate shuttle agreements and rental reservations will only be confirmed if they are written confirmed and/or if the agreed deposit is received.  
• Rates: Service prices are based on specific client requirements (route, duration and vehicle capacity). All deviations from the agreed-upon itinerary will result in extra charges.  

3. Payment Terms  

• You must pay according to the payment schedule specified in your service contract or invoice.  
• Al Khan Transport reserves its right to suspend or cancel services if payment is not received by the due date.  

4. Cancellation of Orders and Amendments  

• You must notify any cancellations or changes in writing, within the specified timeframe in your contract.  
• If you cancel outside of the window, there may be a fee for cancellation or the deposit could be forfeited.  

5. Client Responsibility and Vehicle Use  

• Passenger Behavior: The passenger is expected to act in a way that will ensure the safety of both the driver and vehicle. The use of illegal drugs, smoking, and unruly behaviour are all strictly prohibited.  
• Damages: The hiring party/client assumes full responsibility for any damage caused by passengers to the interior or exterior of the vehicle during the rental period or transit.  

6. Limitation of Liability  

Al Khan Transport strives to maintain strict punctuality, but we are not responsible for any delays, missed schedules or service interruptions due to factors outside our control. These include severe weather conditions, traffic accidents, road closings or sudden mechanical breakdowns.  

7. The Law of the Land  

The laws of the United Arab Emirates govern and are interpreted in these terms and conditions. All disputes arising from our services will be exclusively under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
